Empower Boxing is fully equipped with everything you need for class! If you have your own equipment, bring it with you. There will be a $5 charge for glove and wrap rental for ClassPassers. Please show up 10-15min before class to get set up!

We require individuals be at least 18 years of age to attend group classes. If you have a kiddo who's interested in boxing, book them a 1:1 or 2:1 with a parent/sibling/friend to be best set up for success. If they really want to train with kids their age, we highly recommend Topeira Boxing just 15min South.

There is a learning curve to boxing, just like any new skill, so we recommend starting with a 1:1 session or a Beginner Boxing class to get the fundamentals down before jumping into a group class setting. After that, Boxing Conditioning and All Levels classes will be what to watch for on the schedule!

Empower Boxing class programming is composed of partner focus mitt work so if you're coming from a fitness boxing gym or have only thrown punches on a bag, we recommend starting with a 1:1 session or a Beginner Boxing class before jumping into the All Levels or Boxing Conditioning classes to have the best experience!

Select hour-long open gym times are available to book at a $10 drop in rate or included with your No Limits Membership or Open Gym membership. You will have access to all the equipment in the studio to complete your own workout or practice the techniques you learned in group classes. (An initial meeting is required before getting a key code to enter the premises before doing your first drop-in.)

No-shows will be charged a $25 fee or lose their session credit. We want to ensure as many members can get into a class especially at prime hours/class times. If you need to change your schedule or cannot make it to class or your 1:1 session for any reason, please cancel your reservation online/on the app or send us an email at empowerboxingdenver@gmail.com to let us know within 12 hours.

We hate to see you go but if you need to cancel your No Limits, Level Up, or Open Gym membership just login to your profile and select cancel on your membership. If you have any issues, just shoot us an email at empowerboxingdenver@gmail.com.

Wraps are available to purchase at the gym for $6 along with some sweet swag; however, gloves are not available to purchase. We can make recommendations if you have questions!

To begin sparring training, we require a minimum of 50 classes and attending two group classes throughout the week, mouth piece and headgear with Coach sign-off.

We are located on the East side of the complex. Parking lots are available to the East and West with additional overflow street parking available.
