The Classes

First Punch (Level 1 – Beginner Boxing)

This is where every boxer starts. You'll learn the essential punches, basic defense like slips, rolls, and blocks, and the footwork that ties it all together. It's all about building confidence, coordination, and clean form, whether you're brand new or just want to lock down your fundamentals.

Round 12 (Level 2 – Boxing Conditioning)

Round 12 is built to push you at a fighter's pace. Expect nonstop rounds, mitt work, footwork drills, and explosive intervals that build real endurance and boxing specific conditioning. This is the class where you build your gas tank.

BoxLab (Level 3 – Technique, Footwork & Defense)

BoxLab is all about the science behind the sport. You'll fine tune your punch mechanics, learn clean footwork patterns, and sharpen your defense. The focus here is precision and form, teaching you how to move, react, and throw like a real boxer.

Fight Craft (Level 4 – Fight Technique/Sparring Prep)

Fight Craft is where technique starts to meet real application. You'll work on timing, countering, angles, ring positioning, and more advanced defensive responses. It's the class that gets you ready for controlled sparring and gives you the confidence to step into the ring.

Sparring (Controlled Technical Application)

This is where your skills get tested in real time, under supervision. You'll put your footwork, timing, defense, and ring IQ to work against a live partner in a controlled, technical setting. This is not a fight. The goal is sharper awareness, better decision making, and real boxing confidence, built through safe, structured rounds.

*Sparring is earned. It's reserved for members who've shown the skill, awareness, and discipline to work safely with a partner. Coach approval required. 16oz gloves and mouthpiece required.
