About the event
We loved it last time so we’re coming back for more!! Empower Boxing (located inside Nurture) is hosting for a throw back Thursday class. Think of all those old school tunes you used to love listening to…now let’s throw some punches to them! Class will be 45 mins composed of footwork, mitts, heavy bags and specialty bags mixed with a bit of strength conditioning! Stick around after class for a drink or a snack from the Nurture cafe.
What to Bring: Water Bottle + Boxing Gloves (if you have or else they will be provided)
