About the event
Cost includes the 45 minute boxing class and your choice of one brunch entrée such as eggy mess or superfood waffles.
Empower Boxing is Denver's newest boutique boxing studio, located within Nurture. With a combination of fight & fitness (and now a feast too!), you’ll leave empowered to take on the world! No boxing experience required, we will run through proper stance, guard and punches prior to starting the drills during class.
What to Bring: Water Bottle + Boxing Gloves (if you have or else they will be provided)
