These journeys bring you into higher states of consciousness to get you into alignment with your most authentic self by allowing you to access deeper brainwave states to detach from the analytical mind and into more creative states of being. Breathwork is a powerful self-healing modality to access your inner guidance to heal with catharsis releases and brings in clearer insight and is a powerful tool that will create an expansive immersion in a group setting.
