Service Description

Fight Craft is where technique meets application. You’ll work on timing, countering, angles, ring positioning, and advanced defensive responses. This class prepares you for controlled sparring and builds the skill set needed to confidently step into the ring. *Prerequsite of at least 20 classes attended* *A prerequisite of 20 All Levels Boxing or Boxing Conditioning classes is recommended to take this class.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/Reschedules must be made at least **2 HOURS BEFORE CLASS**. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled start time or no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit/fee. This helps ensure every member has a fair opportunity to attend.
