Service Description

Intermediate Boxing class is for those who are ready to take their boxing skills to the next level. We will build upon fundamentals and technique into more advanced, slower paced focus mitt drills applicable to fight scenarios; then finish with KO conditioning. *A prerequisite of 20 All Levels Boxing or Boxing Conditioning classes is recommended to take Intermediate Boxing.
