Hi Solmates! We are SO excited for our next opportunity to move, sweat and share in community with you!
We’re teaming up to bring you SOL SATURDAY with Whole Sol outside of their Sloan’s Lake location.
On Saturday, October 7th we will have Empower Boxing joining us to teach at 10am! Class is FREE for everyone and will appropriate for a wide range of abilities and will focus on helping you live your “Whole Sol”!
Please bring lots of water, sunscreen, a yoga mat & a towel! Please arrive early and check in when you arrive for class.
P.S. – We will also be having a puppy meet and greet with 2 Blondes, All Breeds. So get ready for some puppy cuddles!!
