Service Description

Interested in boxing, 1:1 or 2:1 training but still not sure? Meet with Coach Amberle to get any additional questions answered in-studio or over the phone. *No personal training will take place during these meetings. Must be booked 12hrs in advance.*

Cancellation Policy

Group Classes: Cancellation within 2hrs or no-show will lose their class credit/fee. 1:1's: Cancellation within 24hrs or no-show will lose their 1:1 credit/fee.
