Hi Solmates! We are SO excited for our next opportunity to move, sweat and share in community with you!
We’re teaming up to bring you SOL SATURDAY with Whole Sol outside of their Sloan’s Lake location.
On Saturday, August 5th we will have Block21 Fitness + Empower Boxing joining us to teach! Block21 will be teaching the 9am session and Empower Boxing will be leading the 10am. Both classes are FREE for everyone! Classes will be appropriate for a wide range of abilities and will focus on helping you live your “Whole Sol”! Come for one or stay for them both 🙂.
Please bring lots of water, sunscreen, a yoga mat & a towel! Please arrive early and check in when you arrive for class.
P.S. – We will also be having a puppy meet and greet with 2 Blondes, All Breeds. So get ready for some puppy cuddles!!
